About the company
We’ve been operating in the market since 1994.
From the start, we set ourselves the goal of manufacturing innovative and high-quality products, with a high value for the customer, in the field of steel structures.
We focus our activity primarily on the manufacture of welded steel and stainless steel structures, as well as truck and earthmoving machine parts. Until 2017, we also dealt with the manufacture and assembly of chimneys and chimney components; that year, the chimney division broke away to form the independent company ROKA komíny s.r.o.
The plant currently has production areas of 6,600 m2. The workshops are equipped with the latest technology.
More than 120 permanent qualified employees contribute to the company’s success and good name.
Since 2017, we’ve been part of the CEIP - Central Europe Industry Partners financial group.

Project description:
The subject of the project is employee education, by which the company’s overall growth will be achieved. The project’s main goal is to increase employee adaptability by increasing the professional level of the workers‘ knowledge, skills and competencies, thus ensuring conformity of the labour force’s qualification level to the employer’s needs in relation to the current requirements of the labour market.
Project goals:
Increase the professional level of the workers‘ knowledge, skills and competencies, as well as the conformity of the labour force’s qualification level to the requirements of the labour market, and increase older workers‘ adaptability.
